JHA is an incorporated company with the characteristics of the pubblic company (share capital in public companies), established with the aim of concentrating the offer of typical products of the Sicilian hinterland. The company, in fact, has about 50 members, of which almost all of them are agricultural producer, primarily of olives and wheat.

Primary objectives of the JHA Action are to contribute to the knowledge in the world the excellence of the Island products and especially those of the hinterland; giving producers the deserved recognition for their work; return to consumers the taste of typical and genuine products; guaranteed excellent value for money.

The company was created with the main purpose of producing extra virgin olive oil coming from the hills of Enna, for being able to convert the fruits of the harvest of the various partners.

Over time, however, in addition to an excellent extra virgin olive oil (organic and conventional), we have embarked on the path of cereal derivatives, focusing on stone ground grits and pasta derived from it. These new shares have allowed us over time to be able to produce both semolina dough containing within them the wheat germ. The raw material is treated the Sicilian durum wheat, and is the only type that can be molita with this procedure, as it has no generally mico-toxins (properties that only the Sicilian durum wheat has for the environmental characteristics which produces ).

In addition to the above mentioned objectives, cornerstone of our corporate vision is to educate a good and healthy diet, trying to innovate while remaining in full respect of the traditions. In fact, for us, "nutrition is health." For this reason, we do not want our products to be classified as niche products, but want them to be wide-ranging. Precisely for this reason, we believe that the choice to contact your purchasing groups, is a choice that allows us to achieve this end, as it would remove all speculation posed by various commercial intermediaries.

The company is certified by ICEA, to produce both organic and conventional.
