The Maddalo Group is a farm located in Bellizzi (Salerno), in the beautiful rural area of South Italy. We produce baby leaf and supply our salads throughout Europe, but we might request, also packaged in trays, cardboard boxes or styrofoam.

The field operations are managed through the use of a GTP.Agri software. that allows us full control of production from planting to delivery of the product to our customer.

We can ensure a better shelf life through the use of Vacuum cooler (a rapid cooling cell); In fact, rapid cooling of the vegetables reduces the enzymatic oxidation and the action of microorganisms degradation, avoiding the withering and fermentation of the plant. After this process the products are stored and loaded in cold storage to ensure the cold chain.Important functions such as controlling the quality of production are directly organized by the Group's engineers.

Red and green salads (Batavie) / Spinacino / Rocket / Valerian / Bietine (Chard- Red Bull's Blood) / green oriental (Mizuna / tatsoi) / Valerian and during the summer of Basil, Melons and Watermelons.

All Maddalo Group companies buy only certified seed GMO free.
