We are very careful in selecting the raw materials we use: the wheat,spelled and kamut, rigorously fresh and seasonal vegetables, extra virgin olive oil,cheese and other materials come exclusively from biodynamic farmsand biological mainly from Romagna region.
Everything is also strictly vegetarian.
We work all our products by hand without the use of machines and we gotCertification BIO Mediterranean Institute of Certification.
