Beef: beef cattle breed semi-wild state along the lines defined cow-calf, in the High Valley Staffora.

The calves are separated at the age of 10 months from the rest of the herd to begin the phase of fattening and finishing in large boxes at the business center; the power is composed of 60% maggengo hay, alfalfa 15%, barley corn and beans for the remaining 25%.

Our product: the meat is sold fresh and vacuum-packed in "family packs" from 6-10 kg;the garments are slaughtered between 14 and 16 months of age. And 'meat of beef and heifer, which contains less water than the calf and generally has a higher protein content.
