Small farm of 3.5 hectares situated at the foot of Etna. We produce oil, olive, khaki and organic avocado. We confine any treatment to a minimum.The oil is single variety, cultivar Nocellara Etnea; we collect the olives by hand in late October / early November just started veraison and moliamo within 36 hours to a crusher of our trust.
