The LAB is a laboratory that produces baked goods using the best raw materials both natural and certified organic label.

The LAB produces a bread and pizza cooked in a wood oven, built with ancient therapies, and handcrafted, using natural elements without the use of synthetic chemicals. In addition to bread, they produce salty and sweet products such as breadsticks, biscuits, snacks, kamut and spelled products etc. using honey, malt rice, cane sugar as a sweetener without using eggs, margarine, milk and vegetable oils (coconut and palm oil).

All the processing steps are performed manually, carried out and controlled by qualified personnel using working tools of once.
