The Company
The Furezze originates from the desire to set up a laboratory of handmade organic cookies with which to promote the perception of pastry good nutritionally balanced and emotionally through the rediscovery of a food that brings a rich tradition in our culinary history.
L 'idea was born from our passion for pastry and the desire to help change the perception that associates the sweet to the sin of gluttony, offering products made in a balanced and wholesome ingredients recipes.
The confidence to create a company that is based on shared values, respect for the person and the awareness of the importance of maintaining a harmonious balance between us and the world around us, helping us to trace the foundations of our business idea .
The recipes are created with attention to both the nutritional characteristics of raw materials and the energy characteristics of foods. They are combined according to the principles of naturopathy, according to which a food helps to nourish the physical and mental wellbeing of the individual and of Chinese medicine, according to which the food absorbs the emotions and the mood of the cook them and the surroundings in which they are prepared.
At the moment, we have developed two product lines: The Furezze, premium line that involves the use of selected raw materials (essential oils, ghee, etc ..) combined together to create unusual flavors. The second line, "Abici of Furezze" is aimed at those looking for simplicity in the flavors and combinations, and has special attention to the needs of intolerant and vegans. Both lines provide a fully recyclable packaging in all its parts (compostable bags damp and environmentally friendly adhesive labels).

La valorizzazione delle risorse locali è uno dei principi su cui si fonda la nostra idea imprenditoriale, poiché siamo consapevoli della ricchezza ambientale, culturale e umana del nostro territorio.
Infatti, anche il nostro modello aziendale è basato sull’ottimizzazione degli spazi lavorativi e questo ci permette di creare produttività nel rispetto dell’ambiente e delle risorse energetiche.
Inoltre, favoriamo l’utilizzo di materie prime del luogo, acquistandole direttamente dalle aziende, creando una rete di approvvigionamenti che rappresenti per esse una base stabile di vendita a prezzi equi, e per noi una fornitura continua che ci garantisca la massima tracciabilità e rintracciabilità delle stesse.
Il modello aziendale si basa sull’ottimizzazione degli spazi lavorativi di una realtà produttiva affine, già esistente.
Esso prevede che l’azienda abbia spazi produttivi sub-utilizzati per cui ci sia spazio per un’altra produzione effettuata da Le Furezze in totale autonomia e responsabilità.
Ciò permette di creare produttività nel rispetto dell’ambiente e delle risorse energetiche del nostro territorio, nonché di essere la prima realtà in Italia a condividere uno spazio produttivo.
Inoltre, stiamo sviluppando un network di relazioni, con imprese sociali, come “la Rete del Buon Vivere” (casa comune MAG), incubatori e associazioni di promozione per la diffusione della consapevolezza alimentare del territorio (es. Slow Food) per creare collaborazioni fruttuose che possano rappresentare opportunità di lavoro e di scambio reciproco.
