Our products are handmade and 100%, we do not use semi-finished, or preservatives, or artificial flavorings, nor any kind of synthetic ... improver. We do not use hydrogenated fats and fatty animal fat (lard).
Instead we use yeast that live refresh manually every day, stone-ground flour from wheat and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil cold pressed. We manufacture products with antique and alternative cereals, we prefer fresh fruits and vegetables in season and can choose ingredients km zero.
