It is in this part of Italy that the Sapori della Majella farm has been operating for about a century, which cultivates and transforms olives, vegetables, cereals and since 2017 also produces beer. With the malt obtained from the selection of our best cereals, the water coming from the slopes of the Majella, in the owned cellar, we obtain the agricultural beer, whose collective brand guarantees its origin and quality through rigorous controls.

Agricultural Beer: the Bean in the Bottle

The Collective Brand "Birragricola Italiana" unites and unites the Farmers who passionately and from the cultivation of barley produce beer on their farms. They personally follow all the production phases, from the care of the soil, to the sowing of the grain, to the quality in the bottle.

From the selection of the best barley they obtain a quality malt using their COBI cooperative plant. With this malt they create beer, which is why producing it is in all respects an agricultural act that takes place directly in the cellars of the barley growers. The Brand Regulation governs production with strict controls and certifies its origin.
