The Dairy Val d'APSA is a family business, specializing in the production of sheep and high quality mixed cheeses.

We work Italian milk, mostly local, to obtain selected products and unique, created to bring the consumer a genuine taste of the cheese produced in the traditional way.

While working with respect for tradition, we are creators of new products, which are born from the trial at first, to approach to the wonderful world of cheese even the youngest.
