Producing organic flours and pasta

The production Molino Agostini offers a complete range of flour, groats and certified organic pasta, ready for processing into high quality finished products to guarantee a healthy and balanced diet.

We are in the Marche region an example of handmade excellence for the milling and pasta-making activities. The common denominator of all our products is the 'high quality, result of the care that we put into research of cereal derived exclusively from "organic farming."

For the passion and sensitivity to the environment and health, we have created a real chain at 0 km, we tried to protect biodiversity by promoting the cultivation of native grains and finally we decided to use a fully recyclable packaging.

ORGANIC FLOUR

Flour, defined biological, obtained from the milling of traditional cereals such as wheat or alternatives such as barley, corn etc. cultivated using organic farming methods, but, to be sold as such, it must be certified.

Even the cereal, to be considered organic, must contain the certifications of appropriate control bodies, which check the requirements of the farm that produced it.

Every year are carried out to ensure the maintenance of conditions of certification. Corn for the production of organic flour is grown without the help of synthetic chemicals (pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and pesticides) and can not be derived from genetically modified seeds.

Processing plants, conditioning and storage must keep separate the first declared biological material from other similar non-organic products, not to have any kind of contamination between grains.

The storage also does not provide for the use of chemical products, which could prevent the development of mycotoxins.

The milling of the organic grain is carried in cylinders or stone, keeping always separated the flours obtained by conventional methods.
