The company Molino Maraldi sas is a few steps from the heart of the city of Cesena, at the foot of one of its symbolic monuments, the Ponte Vecchio. The main activity of the company is the production of handmade flour and derived from the milling of the main cereals.To simultaneously meet the demands of consumers oriented to traditional values ​​and those oriented to modernity Molino Maraldi has decided to complement the usual line of products milled cylinders also a line of stone ground flour, genuine, nutritious and really work to rule art.All flours besides being minced in purity are devoid of added additives (vitamins, preservatives, ...). They are ground according to the characteristics of individual grains and leave whole or sieved without altering the nutrients.
