Molise Sapori

We are a union of small producers from Molise. All our products come from local craft, made with Molise raw materials: for example, our truffle is collected exclusively in Molise and the oil used comes from our campaigns directly from millers our associates. Where did the idea come from? Simple, offering a handmade product to the widest possible clientele. Some years ago, we were sitting down to dinner after a show and tried to exchange the names collected during the day. After that experience we decided to unite under a distinctive brand of the region all the people seated at that table.
Our production is extremely small (we are all craftsmen) and we try to offer a good product at a very attractive price for the customer, but rewarding for us.

We do not want to limit ourselves solely to the production and distribution of typical products from Molise, but we want to spread the tradition, culture and passion that is "inside" every single product. We at "Molise Flavours", through our gastronomic specialties, help spread the traditions and beauty of an entire region: the Roman-Samnite history, nature, landscapes, etc. We want to accompany you in our land with a journey of flavors, festivals, tastings and visits in our companies, in order to "give life" to you what daily living men and women of this small and enchanting land. Our main concern is to ensure the freshness and authenticity of each product; that is why we guarantee a comprehensive control system, from production of raw materials in the country, to your table.
