we are the Rossi Brothers, a family-owned manufacturer in the Parmigiano Reggiano.  

Ours is a unique supply chain: from fodder cheese.

We have a totally domestic production and cutting edge.

Our product is completely natural: milk, rennet and salt.

Our cows live in peace, free inside the stables, eating only products of our territory; all in accordance with the specifications of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium.

We enjoy our work and we like to work with people like you, who decide to join together to purchase products directly from the manufacturer, choosing those who respect the rules and the environment and who has natural products and km0.

We work with GAS small, medium, and large. For every one we do our best service.  

You tell us the number of pieces for seasoning, and the week after we will do everything to get each piece weighed and priced individually, of course vacuum instead.

We are available to let our price list, for a visit at our company, to explain everything that interests you.

In addition to our Parmigiano, we also have available Parmesan and Parmigiano Organic Red Cows.
