The Company
Salumificio Tarasconi was founded in 1996 as a continuation of an existing sole proprietorship since 1985.
Given the experience of the partners, Antonio and his son Louis, formerly employed in the sector in another factory, decided to continue the activity based primarily on contractors working DOP prosciutto.
The positive reaction of the product obtained, even encouraging the opinions of guests, you decide to directly market the product worked.
Thus it was born the parma ham Tarasconi, and also support him national prosciutto "Tre Rii", and foreign ham "Thiuda".
