The sausage factory USSIA is an artisan founded in 1972 by adopting sound principles in the production of salami in the area. The main feature of our PRODUCTS is that they are all PRESERVATIVE, ADDITIVES GLUTEN AND LACTOSE. The only ingredients are. selected pork, salt, spicy or sweet pepper and, on request, fennel seeds. To ensure a safe product we submit our company to HACCP controls and our products to a strict traceability system.
