At Uliveti Castel San Martino we produce 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil. We are based in the South of Italy, in Solopaca (Benevento province).
Giovanni, Nils Johan and Michele: two Italians and a Norwegian united by their passion for good food, their love of nature and for family traditions have decided to join forces to produce a superb extra virgin olive oil.
As Giovanni's family did for generations, we care passionately about each step of the production, from the tree to delivering the final product.
We adopt the highest standards of quality in our work and take particular care to ensure that the entire production process is carried out in full respect of the environment.
