The Company
The farm Domenico Baffa, produces and sells extra virgin olive oil. Born of love for the country by its owner and founder, who currently leads, assisted by his sons Joseph and Angelo, has managed to combine ancient knowledge and modern innovations in farming practice, which together with a beautiful, generous land, guarantee abundant production and high quality. Set on the pre-Sila hills of the municipality of Santa Sofia D'Epiro, small enclave of Albanian origin in the province of Cosenza, the company has an area of approximately 6 hectares, all olivetati, for a total of 1500 plants. The oil, cold pressed in modern oil plants, from carolea olive variety, Roggianella, round of filogatto and sweet rossano, is greenish yellow, with a very aromatic flavor, but with a sweet and delicate base, the latter, peculiar feature in the landscape of domestic oil, is due to the particular composition of the soil of the Greek Sila and its perfect climate for this plant. Acquistati 10 Litri di Olio, Produttore attentissimo e cordiale. Mi ha consigliato nell'acquisto, pacco ben sigillato e protetto da urti, spedizione veloce e al giusto prezzo.
Il prodotto è decisamente ottimo, sicuramente appena finisce si rifa la scorta! Consigliatissimo!

L'olio acquistato è ottimo, delicato, non pungente, come altri oli di altre zone, apprezzato da grandi e piccini proprio per il suo gusto. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono, non è facile trovare un olio così sano, buono e genuino, ad un prezzo tanto conveniente. Da provare!
