Description
Polline di fiori raccolto dalle nostre api in luoghi lontani da fonti di inquinamento e regolarmente sottoposto ad analisi multiresiduali che ne accertano la salubrità. E' altamente proteico e povero di grassi. Utile in tutti quei momenti dove serve sostenere l'organismo, come i cambi di stagione, forti periodi di stress e non da ultimo in caso di diete o sport, dal momento che il polline risulta avere tra le altre la capacità di rendere altamente più disponibili i nutrienti dei cibi. Ricco in sali minerali e vitamine, è consigliabile comunque provarlo inizialmente in piccolissime dosi, in modo da scongiurare una eventuale allergia. Appurato questo, si può utilizzare con quantitativi minimi (es. 1 cucchiaino da caffè ) anche per qualche settimana, al bisogno. Nel dubbio, consultare sempre il proprio medico. Il polline deumidificato FRESCO è più delicato da gestire, in quanto necessita la catena del freddo (va tenuto in freezer), ma è tal quale nella consistenza e nelle caratteristiche al polline appena raccolto. E' inoltre immediatamente digeribile (non necessita di essere reidratato come il polline disidratato). Conservare in freezer alla temperatura di -18° Dopo l'apertura può essere conservato sia in freezer fino alla data indicata sul sigillo di garanzia, oppure in frigorifero per una settimana. NB. Fuori frigo invece può rimanere fino ad un massimo di 24 ore, garantendo così anche il trasporto fino a casa al momento dell'acquisto qualora non si abbia a disposizione una borsa termica.
