VINIFICAZIONE: Gli acini vengono pigiati dopo massimo 3 ore dalla raccolta ed iniziano a fermentare in silos d’acciaio. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio inossidabile. Una volta terminata la vinificazione, il vino viene invecchiato "sur lie" per tre mesi per aggiungere ulteriore consistenza e complessità prima di essere imbottigliato
