Stile: American Amber Ale Alc. 5.8 IBU: 28 Birra ad alta fermentazione color bruno ramato, presenta una schiuma avorio a grana fine e con buona persistenza. All'olfatto il profumo del miele di castagno è predominante con i suoi sentori floreali e balsamici. La bevuta risulta morbida in ingresso con una leggera maltosità (emergono toni caramellati) equilibrata ben presto dall'amaro deciso, donato dal mix di luppoli americani e dal miele di castagno, ma che non risulta astringente ed invasivo. Amaro, che pur permanendo delicatamente nel retrogusto, viene soppiantato in maniera decisa dagli aromi dal miele di castagno, le note fruttate date dal mix di luppoli Citra e Cascade rimangono sullo sfondo. La carbonazione risulta medio-alta.
