At the first sip the palate is affected by the aroma given off by the peel of citrus fruits from Calabria, bergamot mainly, that give a balanced but persistent bitter aftertaste. Stile: English IPA Alc. 6.2 IBU: 40 IPA in stile inglese che si è rifatta il look con luppoli "stranieri". Birra ad alta fermentazione color ambrato chiaro, presenta una schiuma persistente e color crema. I luppoli inglesi la fanno da padrone donando un aroma speziato/pepato, ma l'uso di varietà americane e tedesche in dry hopping aggiungono una nota floreale. Le note maltate rimangono sullo sfondo donando lievi caratteristiche di biscotto, di tostato. In bocca il corpo risulta leggero con un moderato amaro sul finale
