All’occhio leggermente torbida e di colore Giallo chiaro, con una schiuma
bianca, generosa e persistente.
Questa Birra di Frumento, parente americana della teutonica Weizen, risulta estremamente rinfrescante grazie all’equilibrio tra il gusto di lievito e cereale, che ricorda la panificazione, e l’amaro da luppolatura dissetante ma non invasivo. Proprio per questo motivo la Ecce Triticum è il rimedio ideale degli agricoltori per combattere l’arsura durante il periodo del raccolto.
Si accompagna a: pesce, soprattutto fritto, e antipasti.
Servire a: 6°.
