Il brodo vegetale, utilissimo in cucina come base per il sugo, minestre e zuppe di verdure, per preparare una minestra leggera aggiungendo pastina o riso, ottimo come insaporitore e quando mancano in casa carote e sedano usa mezzo cucchiaino di brodo vegetale e risolvi molti problemi. Usare due cucchiaini in mezzo litro di acqua, aggiungere secondo il gusto e le necessità.
