The lavender oil, not to be confused with the essential oil, is a natural product that is obtained by macerating the flowering tops of lavender in vegetable oil.

The plant releases its precious nutrients and its most valuable substances in the fatty part of the oil.

For example, it can be very useful for relieving the skin in case of dermatitis, eczema, or other skin irritations. It is perfect for the care of oily skin or skin affected by pimples, acne, or blackheads. It can be used as a massage oil to soothe muscle pain due to contractures or as a natural remedy for otitis.

Properties and uses
Lavender oil has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, healing, soothing and relaxing properties.

It is particularly suitable for treating:

Dermatitis, eczema and other skin irritations.
Lavender oil has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties and is one of the most suitable natural products to soothe skin inflammations due to real pathologies, or caused by irritating external agents (wind, water, soaps, detergents, etc.) . It's great for relieving dermatitis, eczema, hives, itching and insect bites. It is also useful for sunburn and sunburn (although in this case the hypericum oil is more suitable).

Contractures and muscle aches.
Lavender oil stands out for its particular relaxing and anti-inflammatory action, very useful for relieving muscle pain due to contractures. In this case it can be used as a real massage oil, also useful for relaxing and relieving the tension accumulated during the day. Just apply one, or maximum two drops into the ear canal and let the oil act for about 15 minutes, lying down and keeping your head tilted, so that the oil does not come out, dirtying your clothes and sheets. Once this is done, just tilt your head on the opposite side and let the oil out, using paper to avoid getting dirty.

Face make-up remover.
Not everyone knows that the best way to dissolve makeup is not water or soap, but fatty substances such as vegetable oils. In this regard, lavender oil is one of the most suitable oleolites. You can use it for example when you are in the shower, adding a little lavender oil on a sponge, then passing it gently on your face and eyes. Then just rinse thoroughly with warm water. Or, if you are not in the shower, you can use the oleolite by applying a few drops on a cotton ball, then pass it on your eyes and face until you have completely removed the make-up, and then rinse yourself with warm water.

On the hair, against dandruff and lice.
