L'Azienda Agricola F.lli Assanelli è un'azienda a conduzione familiare situata nelle campagne che circondano Treviglio. Carlo e Simone allevano bovini da tre generazioni, nel rispetto delle tradizioni contadine e nel rispetto della stagionalità, occupandosi personalmente di tutte le fasi della produzione. L'azienda è circondata da 40 ettari di terreni che garantiscono la produzione di foraggi destinati all'approvvigionamento dei capi; i campi sono in parte coltivati a mais, erba medica e loietto, in parte mantenuti come prati stabili polifiti ovvero erbe con una molteplicità di essenze locali che arricchiscono la razione di profumi e nutrienti 100% naturali: l'attenzione all'alimentazione e al benessere animale è estrema.
