La busiata al nero di seppia è un grande classico della cucina siciliana. Ideale da condire con sughi di pesce, salsa di pomodoro e soprattutto il famoso pesto alla trapanese. Sai perché viene chiamata busiata? L'ipotesi più accreditata è che il nome provenga dalla busa, un fusto della disa - pianta tipica della macchia mediterranea - che i contadini del territorio utilizzavano per avvolgere e legare i fasci di spighe. Ingredienti: Semola di grano duro siciliano, acqua, Nero di Seppia (4%). Lavorazione: La busiata trapanese viene trafilata in bronzo ed essiccata lentamente a bassa temperatura.
