In the Sibari plain, framed between the Pollino massif and the sea, the Clementines find the ideal microclimate to achieve qualitative characteristics that make this variety of mandarin truly unique, usually totally seedless (it is not impossible to find, in rare cases, due to pollination). It blooms and bears fruit slowly and irregularly, as it is very susceptible to temperature changes. Like tangerine, it peels and splits into wedges easily.
