La sua assunzione favorisce dunque il rilassamento ed un miglioramento del tono dell’umore, andando ad agire contemporaneamente sulla regolazione del sonno. Si tratta inoltre di un composto dalle proprietà balsamiche, efficace per liberare le vie respiratore. Bastano poche gocce in un fazzolettino da mettere accanto al cuscino per poterne aspirarne l'essenza. Boccetta con nebulizzatore.
