Questo vino è creato con le uve biologiche Nebbiolo più pure, rispettando il bellissimo ambiente dove crescono. Con immaginazione abbiamo giocato con l’eccezionale flessibilità delle uve Nebbiolo e dei suoi infiniti “accordi”. Con esse, infatti, si possono ottenere spumanti, vini rosati, vini freschi dell’annata o vini da lungo invecchiamento (come il Barolo ed il Barbaresco). Il Nebbiolo, che è considerato uno dei vitigni migliori al mondo, si sposa perfettamente con la nostra filosofia della naturalità. Infatti seguendo una semplice vinificazione in bianco di un’uva nera, che prevede l’immediata separazione del succo dalla buccia dell’uva appena raccolta, si ottiene un vino dalla naturale colorazione rosata, senza il ricorso ad ulteriori interventi enologici invasivi o all’utilizzo di additivi e coadiuvanti, conservando integra l’autenticità delle sue uve. A caratterizzare questo vino, un innato colore vitale che racchiude tutta la potenza del vitigno, che si “trasmuta” in un’alchemica inaspettata longevità.
