Cipolla bionda, dolce e di grandi dimensioni, tipica della zona di Santarcangelo di Romagna. Il suo nome deriva dalla sua coltivazione, che storicamente richiedeva molta acqua, prelevata dai fossi che attraversavano i terreni. Questo ortaggio, oggi Presidio Slow Food, è noto per il suo sapore delicato e la sua consistenza acquosa.
