Al primo assaggio si avverte subito la nota dolce del peperone seguita poi dalla piccantezza non eccessiva dei peperoncini rossi. Le due sensazioni son contrastanti ma alla fine si bilanciano perfettamente. Gli scettici che decidono di assagiarla rimangono piacevolmente compiti.
