Manca del Bosco monocultivar carolea organic extra virgin olive oil is an oil obtained from the milling of organic olives within 12 hours of harvesting, using a cold extraction method. At the sight golden yellow color with delicate green refl ections. On the nose it is characterized by intense notes of freshly mown grass, green tomato and an aftertaste of almonds. The taste is decisive and elegant with harmonious tones of artichoke and notes of dried fruit. The bitter and spicy are very balanced. Excellent on soups, salads, fish and meat.

Il miele di melata di bosco è un miele abbastanza raro, viene prodotto dalle nostre api mediante la raccolta di sostanze zuccherine che raccolgono non dai fiori ma falle foglie di diverse piante arboree e del sotto bosco come: Abete, Acaca, Castagno, Pino, Edera, Rovo, e a volte alloro, le api oòtre che dalle foglie riescono a raccogliere e produrre melata di bosco anche mediante la raccolta di sostanze zuccherine e cere dolciastri che secergono alcune piante arboree e del sotto bosco, ilò miele di melata di bosco ha moltissime proprietà, è adattissimo per le merende dei bambini, è ottimo su i formaggi, è ricco di sali minerali ha un alto potere decongestionante, ideale per curare mal di gola e raffreddori di stagione, ed è consigliato il suo utilizzo anche a chi fa sport, favorisce un recupero piu veloce dopo l'attivita asportiva
