Manca del Bosco monocultivar carolea organic extra virgin olive oil is an oil obtained from the milling of organic olives within 12 hours of harvesting, using a cold extraction method. At the sight golden yellow color with delicate green refl ections. On the nose it is characterized by intense notes of freshly mown grass, green tomato and an aftertaste of almonds. The taste is decisive and elegant with harmonious tones of artichoke and notes of dried fruit. The bitter and spicy are very balanced. Excellent on soups, salads, fish and meat.

Un miele che per complessità di profumi e sapori fa parte della famiglia dei millefiori. Il Miele di Fiori di Bosco del Montefeltro è ottenuto dai nettari che le nostre api bottinano all’interno di una castagneta dove trascorrono il periodo estivo. Il colore varia dall’ambrato chiaro all’ambrato scuro e dai suoi complessi profumi, nelle annate più favorevoli, spicca il caratteristico odore aromatico, pungente, e legnoso del castagno, che possiamo ritrovare anche al palato con il tipico amaro. A seconda dei nettari presenti questo miele varia molto le sue caratteristiche, ma risulta pur sempre un miele molto armonioso che ben si abbina con formaggi freschi o stagionati, e perché no con un bel gelato!

La melata di bosco è un miele molto particolare, dal colore ambra scuro e dal sapore caramellato, che si distingue dagli altri mieli per il suo'origine: non deriva dal nettare dei fiori, ma dalla melata. È un miele ricco di minerali, con un sapore tonico e meno stucchevole rispetto ai comuni mieli, grazie a un potere dolcificante inferiore. Questo lo rende ideale per essere utilizzato con il caffè, poiché permette di esaltarne il gusto senza sovrastare l'amaro.
