La vendemmia è tardiva, per garantire il raggiungimento di un adeguato livello di maturazione. Il mosto viene lasciato macerare per alcuni giorni in vinificatori di piccole dimensioni. Successiva maturazione per alcuni mesi in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata e l’affinamento avviene in vasca, seguito da un riposo di 20 giorni in bottiglia prima della messa in commercio del prodotto. Questo vino si presta ad un leggero invecchiamento, fino ad un massimo di due anni e va conservato in luogo fresco e asciutto, lontano da fonti di calore, in posizione verticale. Caratteristiche organolettiche Colore rosso rubino. Profumo intenso, caratteristico e gradevole. La sua armonica classicità lo rende tipico vino da tutto pasto. Al palato si presenta asciutto, sapido e armonico con ricordi di frutti rossi a bacca piccola, gradevolmente tannico Abbinamenti È ideale accompagnamento di arrosti, carni bianche e rosse, alla griglia o al forno e cacciagione.
