Usala questa Salsa di Pistacchi e Anacardi per condire dei paccheri, con una grattuggiata di agrumi come tocco finale: avrai un piatto veloce, fresco e delizioso. Per una ricetta appena un po’ più elaborata: salta in padella dei gamberi con una spruzzata di brandy, poi spostali su un piatto e tienili in caldo, aggiungi la salsa di pistacchi e anacardi al fondo di cottura e salta la pasta. Infine guarnisci ogni piatto con i gamberi tenuti in caldo. È perfetta anche per i secondi: spalmata sui filetti di pesce prima della cottura al forno o con le carni bianche cotte in padella. Ma è buonissima anche da sola, sui crostini o come dip per un aperitivo con gli amici.
