I grani duri sono coltivati direttamente all’interno della nostra filiera.

La pasta di semola integrale di grano duro Senatore Cappelli, come le mezze penne senatore Cappelli, prodotta solo con questo grano risalente ai primi anni del ‘900, non ha subito alterazioni genetiche mantenendo così le sue caratteristiche organolettiche, dal sapore e profumo intenso, sembra che sia più digeribile e meno allergenico dei grani duri moderni. Mantiene la cottura, prodotto di altissima qualità.
