Il Prosciutto Cotto Nostrano al rosmarino è fatto solo con le cosce dei nostri maiali, alimentati ed allevati con le migliori pratiche per garantire sempre un corretto stato di benessere ed un alto grado di sostenibilità. La tecnica di produzione prevede la preparazione di una salamoia in cui i prosciutti restano per 5 giorni. Dopodichè vengono massaggiati delicatamente e aromatizzati con il rosmarino, legati con uno spago a diametro grosso, ed infine infornati con tutta la cotenna per circa 10-12 ore a bassa temperatura.
