Il mosto d’uva Bianco Guerzoni è realizzato con le uve di Trebbiano del nostro vigneto di Concordia sulla secchia. Nasce dalla prima spremitura dell’uva raccolta a mano in anticipo per creare il giusto rapporto acidità e grado zuccherino; viene infine pastorizzato ed imbottigliato sottovuoto, senza l’aggiunta di nessun conservante. La sua acidità tipica lo rende dissetante e piacevole, da consumare fresco con o senza l’aggiunta di acqua, adatta anche per digiuni terapeutici o per la cura dell’uva. L’assenza totale di alcool lo rende adatto a tutte le età.

L’uso della Saba ha origini molto antiche: i primi ad utilizzarla furono infatti i Romani (sapa è infatti la denominazione latina), come ci testimonia nelle sue ricette Apicio, rinomato cuoco dell’epoca.
La tradizione contadina poi ha tramandato fino a noi la preparazione di questo prodotto, che ricopre un posto di rilievo nei ricettari di tutte le regioni italiane; il suo gusto, molto dolce e saporito, si sposa naturalmente con le ricette della cucina moderna.
Ideale come dolcificante nella preparazione di dolci, gelati e soprattutto yogurt e semifreddi. Si accompagna altresì bene come condimento per verdure cotte formaggi, bolliti.

La selezione dei nostri prodotti più richiesti. Il rosso, bianco e il bronzo. Un’ottima occasione per un regalo ma anche per testare i prodotti più apprezzati della nostra azienda. La selezione assaggio è composta da tre bottiglie dei nostri condimenti in formato da 100 ml: -il Condimento Bianco frutto di una produzione derivata interamente da una selezione di uve da agricoltura biologica e biodinamica, unico per suo colore e sapore. La sua freschezza lo rende adatto sia all’insalata che al pesce. -il Condimento Rosso ottenuto solo da uve Italiane, prevalentemente rosse, come Lambrusco e Sangiovese. Il periodo di riposo in botti di rovere lo rende idoneo per l’utilizzo giornaliero. Ha un profumo intenso, un gusto pungente con una nota di dolce, leggermente astringente. Un delizioso condimento che si accompagna soprattutto con insalate e verdure cotte e crude. -il Condimento Bronzo ottenuto dalla perfetta mescolanza di soli Mosto Cotto e Aceto di Vino è un prodotto adatto a tutti i giorni. Il lungo affinamento in botti di legno da 220 litri in rovere rende il prodotto profumato e colorato. Delizioso condimento che si accompagna con insalate e verdure cotte e crude ma soprattutto con piatti cotti anche di carne: ha un profumo intenso, un gusto rotondo e pungente con una nota di dolce mediamente marcata.

Grazie alla attenta selezione delle materie prime e alla lavorazione delicata e naturale l’aceto di mela mantiene tutto il suo profumo e conserva tutte le caratteristiche organolettiche del frutto. L’acidità del 5% lo rende più equilibrato e piacevole.
