Nasce così l’aceto di mela non filtrato: prodotto naturalmente, evitando la pastorizzazione, per lasciare intatte tutte le proprietà delle mele.
Grazie alla attenta selezione delle materie prime e alla lavorazione delicata e naturale l’aceto di mela mantiene tutto il suo profumo e conserva tutte le caratteristiche organolettiche del frutto. L’acidità del 5% lo rende più equilibrato e piacevole.
La freschezza e il profumo sono le caratteristiche dell’aceto di mele Guerzoni che si può utilizzare tutti i giorni in cucina ma soprattutto come potente alleato della salute.
