Description
Il tocco speciale è la vera vaniglia Bourbon, che si aggiunge ad ogni barattolo, dando vita ad una composizione equilibrata di successo. Il sentore di vaniglia è davvero la ciliegina sulla torta. Le arance utilizzate non sono trattate e vengono coltivate in modo sostenibile. La marmellata è cotta delicatamente in piccole quantità, utilizzando il frutto intero compresa la buccia, insieme con lo zucchero in una pentola di rame senza aggiunta di coloranti o conservanti. L'arancia "Tarocco" deriva dalla più antica arancia rossa d'Italia, ed è come dicono gli esperti, la migliore varietà di arance rosse. Ha pochi semi e una polpa leggermente rossastra con un sapore particolarmente fine.
