In allegato il libretto dell’entomologo Gianumberto Accinelli sulla biodiversità e il catalogo di ricette di Cesare Marretti per cucinare i tre ingredienti coltivati.
La confezione contiene:
- una scatola illustrata;
- 3 vasetti in materiale ecosostenibile;
- 3 sacchetti con terriccio biologico;
- 3 bustine di semi di basilico genovese, pomodoro ciliegina e cipollotto;
- segnasemi per non confondere mai le piante;

Istruzioni:
- aprire i sacchetti e versare il contenuto nei tre vasetti (un sacchetto per ogni vasetto);
- porre i semi di ciascuna bustina in ogni vasetto con la terra. La semina va effettuata da gennaio-febbraio in casa e da marzo anche all’aperto. Se decidete di tenere il Tricolorto in casa anche durante la bella stagione, ponetelo vicino alla finestra: le piante necessitano di tanta luce per la fotosintesi;
- annaffiare abbondantemente;
- osservare le piante che crescono e nel frattempo annaffiare quando la terra si secca;
- se possibile trapiantare il pomodoro in un vaso più grande. Se non sarà possibile otterrete pochi frutti (ma buoni);
- procedere alla raccolta;
- invitare gli amici e mettere in pratica le ricette consigliare dal nostro Cesare Marretti.
