Description
Chamomile has been known since ancient times for its sedative and calming properties. Its delicately scented flowers contain an essential oil (azulene) and other substances that give it soothing and relaxing properties. Excellent for combating digestive problems and muscle spasms, it is useful in case of nervous tension and stress. Equipped with good anti-inflammatory properties, it is used as a decongestant, softening remedy and also successfully as a pain reliever.
