VARIETA' UVA: Catarratto Lucido 60%, Chardonnay 400% DENOMINAZIONE: Terre Siciliane IGP TIPOLOGIA: Secco ZONA DI PRODUZIONE: sud-est Sicilia, Salaparuta (TP) GODIBILITA': Da adesso fino al 2026 TERRENO: Franco argilloso a medio impasto, con una buona quantità di calcare. Dolci pendii rivolti ad Ovest. Altitudine 350m. Orografia collinare. ANNATA: 2021 l'estate è stata caratterizzata da abbondanti piogge, che hanno portato a maturità e date del raccolto successive.summer was characterized by abundant rainfall, which resulted in later maturity and harvest dates.
