The most cultivated cultivars: Dolce di Rossano (native) 60%, Carolea 10%, Tondino 10%, others 20% - Organic cultivation with grassing - Polyconic vase pruning - Manual harvesting method directly from the crown of the drupes just turned dark. - Milling within 24 hours with a continuous cold cycle mill - Storage for natural decantation in stainless steel tanks without filtering - Racking after about four months and bottling in our laboratory ✅ Practical packaging in the kitchen ✅ This EVO oil is produced in Santa Sofia d'Epiro (Cs) Calabria which overlooks the Crati Valley at an average altitude of 400 m above sea level ✅ It is of superior quality obtained directly from Italian olives and solely by mechanical processes ✅ This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the juice extracted from the freshly harvested olive tree. Olio extravergine da olive di varietà Coratina con piccole quantità di Ogliarola ”Cima di Bitonto”. Caratteristiche: Fruttato medio con note di mandorla e carciofo. Armonia tra amaro e piccante. Colore verde con riflessi dorati, ricco in polifenoli e tocoferoli. Estrazione con impianto a linea continua con spremitura a temperature sotto i 27 gradi. Lavorazione entro le 24 ore dalla raccolta.
