Our Monocultivar Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents the most authentic excellence of Sicilian olive-growing tradition. It is made from selected Nocellara olives, grown in our olive groves and processed exclusively by us, following a short supply chain that is controlled at every stage. The olives are harvested at the right degree of ripeness and milled very quickly to preserve their aromas, flavors, and nutritional properties.
