Olio essenziale di mia produzione ottenuto dalle distillazione delle foglie. Contiene fitoestrogeni (ormoni vegetali simili a quelli femminili) quindi utile negli sbalzi ormonali tipici della menopausa (riduce le sudorazioni e le vampate di calore, nonchè le variazioni di umore) inoltre utile per ridurre gli effetti della sindrome premestruale. Utile anche in chi soffre di iperidrosi (eccessiva produzione di sudore). Ottimo in cucina.
