Description
I deliziosi agrumi utilizzati per produrre questa particolare ricetta provengono dal giardino di Silvia, situato nella zona collinare soprastante Piano di Mommio. La marmellata viene preparata in pentola di rame con interno di acciaio inox per permettere una cottura uniforme. La confettura viene sistemata ancora calda nei vasi di vetro precedentemente sterilizzati tramite bollitura e subito sigillati con i tappi clic-clac. Una volta raffreddati, i contenitori vengono sottoposti a ulteriore bollitura per un tempo superiore ai 30 minuti per garantire il sottovuoto.
