La nostra marmellata di susine, dette anche prugne, siciliane è preparata seguendo la classica ricetta che ci hanno tramandato i nostri nonni: polpa, zucchero e scorza. Ingredienti: Prugne (polpa, scorza) (69,2%), Zucchero (24,2%), Succo di Limone (0,5%). Lavorazione: Le susine rosse vengono raccolte a mano e lavorate entro poche ore dalla raccolta.
