SALT REAL is a whole sea salt is harvested by hand in the salt Culcasi located inside the natural reserve of Trapani managed by WWF.Il our salt is formed by the evaporation of natural water of the sea. During the transformation process it is not bleached, refined nor artificially, and therefore does not undergo any chemical treatment.
