Vino Bio rosso dal carattere alcolico, caldo, di struttura e ricco di sostanze fenoliche. I suoi aromi di frutta rossa matura e la sua morbidezza lo hanno reso il vitigno pugliese più famoso al mondo. E’ ottenuto da uva Primitivo, coltivata in ambiente caldo-arido e con una bassa carica di gemme per ettaro: ciò dà origine ad uve ricche di sostanze estrattive ed aromatiche le quali conferiscono al vino struttura. La conduzione biologica dei nostri vigneti contribuisce a preservare il vero corredo aromatico di questo vitigno. Nella nostra cantina la sua vinificazione avviene portando a completa fermentazione tutti gli zuccheri naturali dell’uva, ottenendo un vino senza residuo zuccherino e quindi più secco, austero, adatto per essere accompagnato con i pasti. Dà il meglio di sé con carni di manzo, sughi robusti di carne e parmigiana di melanzane.
