ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: beer fermentation in the bottle, unfiltered and unpasteurized, dark brown. dark foam, compact and persistent. Aromas and flavors of licorice, smoked, dried fruit (pear and loquat), walnut, chocolate and juniper. It structured body with long tenure of taste in the mouth. Also recommended for dessert.INGREDIENTS: water, malt, chestnuts, sugar, hops, yeast and juniper.
ALCOHOL: 9, 3% vol. alc.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: 10-12 degrees
GLASS: large cupped
STORAGE: Store in feet, protected from light and heat sources. Beer also suited to aging according to the recommended conditions.
